Description

Get the Job Done Right with Reliable Grout Pumps, Injection & Spraying Equipment

There is nothing worse than being in the middle of a job and having your pump stop working. In the Aussie construction game, time is money. If your equipment fails, your whole team stands around waiting, and that costs you profit.

To avoid delays and messy work, you need the right tools.

This is where Grout Pumps, Injection, and Spraying equipment helps. These machines take the hard physical work out of mixing and moving cement. These pumps push the grout right where it needs to go, not by hand or with weak tools. They are fast, clean, and accurate.

At Batchcrete International, we have the solution. We are an engineering company that started in Perth back in 1998. Our directors have over 30 years of experience in the industry. We know that you need a Cement Injection Grouting Pump that works every time you turn it on.

Why You Need Good Equipment

Grouting is not just about pouring cement. You need to get the right pressure and the right mix into the right spot. If you use a cheap pump, it can jam, leak, or lose pressure. This creates a mess and wastes materials. But when you use quality gear, the job becomes easy.

  • Some of our machines can pump 120 bags an hour. This lets you finish early.
  • You put the grout exactly where you need it. No spills.
  • Our machines are safe, compliant, and reliable for your crew.

Our Options: Pick the Right Equipment

We have a few different types of pumps. Here is a simple guide to help you choose.

1. Electric Mixer Pump (The All-Rounder)

This is great for general jobs. It is small enough to tow behind a ute.

  • Power: You can choose petrol, diesel, or electric.
  • Best feature: It has a built-in compressor, so you can spray grout easily.
  • Good for: Renovation sites and general building work.

2. Injection Pumps (For Precision)

Do you need to fill small cracks? This machine gives you total control.

  • Easy to use: It comes with a remote control so you can stand back and watch the work.
  • Safe: It has pressure switches for tricky jobs.
  • Good for: Fixing concrete and waterproofing.

3. High-Pressure Injection Pumps

Sometimes you need serious power. This is our High-Pressure Grout Pump. It pushes grout deep into the ground or walls.

  • All-in-One: It mixes and pumps in one unit.
  • Portable: It comes on a trailer, so you just drive it onto the site.
  • Good for: Deep foundations and fixing soft soil.

4. Continuous Mixer Pump

Need to move a lot of material fast? This machine keeps going.

  • Fast: It mixes and pumps continuously.
  • Fits anywhere: It breaks apart into 3 pieces. You can fit it into a lift or carry it through a small door.
  • Good for: High-rise buildings or tight spaces.

5. High Flow Mixer Pump

This is for the heavy jobs. It can handle thicker mixes with bigger stones.

  • Powerful: It can pump material up to 60m away.
  • Good for: Large civil works and mines.

Where Can You Use These Machines?

Our customers use our Cement Injection Grouting Pump range for many jobs across Australia. They acn be used for:

  1. Repairing cracks in old bridges or buildings
  2. Making the ground hard before you build on it
  3. Waterproofing underground walls
  4. Fixing sea walls and jetties

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will these pumps fit in a lift?

Yes. We know access is often hard. Machines like our continuous mixer pump come apart into three pieces. You can fit them through a standard door or in a lift.

2. Can I pump thick materials or just liquid grout?

It depends on the model. Our smaller cement injection grouting pump units are best for smooth, liquid grouts. However, our big high flow mixer pumps can handle thick mixes with stones (aggregates) up to 20mm.

3. Can I rent a machine?

Yes. You don’t have to buy if you don’t want to. We offer hire, lease, and sales options.

4. Do I need special power?

No. We have options for everyone. We have pumps that plug into a normal wall socket (240v), big industrial plugs (415v), or diesel engines if you have no power on site.

5. How far can these machines pump?

It varies by machine. Some of our smaller units are for close work, while our powerful models can push grout 60 meters horizontally or 20 meters straight up. Tell us about your site, and we will tell you which pump can reach the distance.
